The IR2104 is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET and IGBT driver with independent high- and low-side referenced output channels. Designed by International Rectifier (IR), this IC is well-suited for half-bridge and full-bridge configurations. The IR2104 offers a bootstrap circuit to supply the high-side driver, and it features under-voltage lockout for both high- and low-side drivers, ensuring safe operation. It is available in a compact SOP-8 SMD package, ideal for space-efficient designs.

1. Damaged During Shipment

Limitation of Returns
We don't accept the returns for the products damanged by improper use of the product. Moreover we don't accept the return, if the ordered product is not fit for any specific application.
