Lithium-Ion batteries though have high energy density and light in weight, are very dangerous if abused i.e., if you overcharge or undercharge the battery or draw more current than it can provide then it can explode damaging the surrounding or even potentially harm the humans around. To prevent this to happen you should use your batteries with a protection board. This 1S Lithium-ion Battery Protection Board monitor and protect a cell by monitoring the voltage and current in and out of the cell and if any unsafe condition happens then it will cut off the battery from the load or the charger. This can be used in any DIY project where the current does not exceed 3A like Arduino or Raspberry Pi based projects, 3D printers, Robotics etc. It is very suitable for 18650 cells which are generally used in these applications.

1S-5-Amps-BMS-Module

To connect your cell of nominal voltage 3.7 V to the protection board you need to connect the positive terminal to the B+ and negative terminal to B- and common terminal between the two cells to Bn. To connect the load or charger to this board connect positive terminal to P+ and negative terminal to P-. make sure the two positive and negative wires do not get shorted.

We ship to all over India with free shipping on all prepaid orders above 500. For Cash on Delivery orders INR 80 will be charged for orders below INR 599 and INR 30 will be charged for the orders above 599. Working superb

BMS module not at all heating and working fine (not tested all)

Working fine.
Doesn't heatup for my setup.
I used four 18650 cells connected parallel to a 1s BMS (enough for protection i guess). Then from bms connected to Tp4056 module output/input pins.Then Soldered Usb a for output. Perfectly charging and discharging (Tried only once). For few hrs of usage not much heat observed in my condition. Product was nice.

Although that Four cell holder was in series i just soldered it into parallel (Soldering was headache) but after that everything was ON.

Only one issue observed: when i try to take output my phone automatically changes to normal slow charging mode (6 to 10hrs for full charge showing).Also sometimes output also iam not getting just blinking four led/1 led for 5 times then off donno why.Anyways it could be my old battery from laptop issue (its been there for 1 year at 3.7 V to 3.8V)

BMS - Not much heating observed
TP4056 - 5V 2A Usb c module , not much heating and stuff
4 cell holder Case - since it was series i had to resolder all
