The SG3525AP is a high-efficiency pulse width modulation (PWM) controller IC, designed specifically for switching power supplies and DC-DC converters. With a wide supply voltage range from 8V to 35V and support for switching frequencies up to 500kHz, it is ideal for a variety of power regulation applications. The IC includes a built-in oscillator, error amplifier, soft start, and undervoltage lockout (UVLO) functions. Dual totem-pole outputs can directly drive external power MOSFETs or bipolar transistors. Housed in a NSOIC-16 SMD package, this IC is suitable for compact and space-efficient designs.

1. Damaged During Shipment

For Cash on Delivery orders INR 80 will be charged for orders below INR 599 and INR 30 will be charged for the orders above 599.
