74HC366 - Hex Inverting Buffer Line Driver IC (NXP) - SO16 SMD Package
The 74HC366/74HCT366 is high-speed Si-gate CMOS devices designed to be pin-compatible with Low-power Schottky TTL (LSTTL). These ICs function as hex inverting buffer/line drivers with 3-state outputs.
Key Features:
- Inverting Outputs: The outputs of the device are inverted.
- 3-State Outputs: The outputs can be in one of three states - high, low, or high-impedance OFF-state. The state is controlled by the output enable inputs (OE1 and OE2).
- Output Control: A HIGH signal on OEn causes the corresponding outputs to go into a high-impedance OFF-state.
- JEDEC Compliance: The device complies with JEDEC standard no. 7A.

- HBM (Human Body Model) EIA/JESD22-A114-D exceeds 2000 V.
- MM (Machine Model) EIA/JESD22-A115-A exceeds 200 V.
- Wide Temperature Range: Specified for operation from −40°C to +85°C and from −40°C to +125°C.
Functional Equivalence:
- The 74HC366 and 74HCT366 are functionally identical to the 74HC365 and 74HCT365 but have inverted outputs.

Each device has six inverting buffer/line drivers. The logic diagram for the device typically includes:
- Six inverting buffers.
- Control inputs (OE1, OE2) to enable/disable the outputs.
- Output pins (nY) that are inverting and 3-state capable.

We don't accept the returns for the products damanged by improper use of the product. Moreover we don't accept the return, if the ordered product is not fit for any specific application. For Cash on Delivery orders INR 80 will be charged for orders below INR 599 and INR 30 will be charged for the orders above 599.
