The CD4052 is a 4 channel differential IC that can be used as both a 4:1 Multiplexer and a 1:4 Demultiplexer. The IC has digitally controlled analog switches with Low ON impedance and low OFF leakage current. The IC can operate between 3V to 20V and has an input current of 1uA when operating at 18V.It is commonly used in analog and digital multiplexing and demultiplexing, A/D and D/A Conversion, Programmable Logic Circuits and more. For easy use, you can accessorize the CD4052 IC with a 16 pin DIP IC base/Socket.
