Water flow measurement is essential in many applications like chemical mixing plants, water heater, coffee machines, cooling stations etc. The malfunction and error in these readings can be very hazardous and dangerous. So it is important to have a precise and accurate sensor to measure the Water flow like this YF-S201 Water Flow sensor which has flow measuring Hall Effect sensors with seal rings to avoid leakage and aging of the equipment. It sends the output in form of pulses. The higher is the flow rate the greater is the number of pulses per second. You can read the number of pulses and get the corresponding flow rate from it.
