Description
xThe MPSA42 is a high voltage NPN transistor. A transistor can normally be used as a switch or amplifier, but this transistor is commonly is used only for switching purpose since it has a low gain value of 30 only. It can switch on or off the loads with voltages upto 300V. When transistor is fully biased which you can do with base emitter voltage of about 6V, it can carry a collector current upto 500mA. So if you are looking for an NPN transistor which can switch high voltages with decent enough currents then it is the product for you.

1. Damaged During Shipment
If you receive a product damaged during shipment, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the product, supported by proper pictures and a description. Once our support team accepts the return, we will provide a replacement or a complete refund, including the return shipping cost.

We don’t accept returns for products damaged due to improper use. Moreover, we don’t accept returns if the ordered product is not suitable for a specific application. Shipping
We ship all over India with free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹500. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, ₹80 will be charged for orders below ₹599 and ₹30 for orders above ₹599.
