MCP4725A0T-E/CH Digital to Analog Converter, 12-Bit, I2C IC - SOT-23, 6 Pins Package is a Microchip Technology single-channel 12-bit digital-to-analog converter with a buffered voltage output and integrated EEPROM memory. It uses a 2-wire I²C serial interface and operates from a 2.7V to 5.5V supply. The device provides non-volatile storage for the DAC configuration, a 6 µs typical settling time, and is housed in a compact 6-pin SOT-23 package.
