LM75AD Analog and Digital Temperature Sensor IC - SOP-8 Package is a digital temperature sensor and thermal watchdog IC designed for accurate temperature monitoring in embedded and electronic systems. It uses an I²C-bus interface to provide digital temperature readings with 11-bit resolution and 0.125°C temperature resolution. The device operates from 2.8 V to 5.5 V, supports programmable over-temperature and hysteresis thresholds, and includes an open-drain over-temperature shutdown output, making it suitable for thermal monitoring, protection, and temperature-controlled applications.
