Returns Policy

Due to the type of products we sell, we accept limited returns. Below are the conditions where we can accept a return request.

1. Damaged During Shipment

If you receive a product damaged during shipment, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the product, supported by proper pictures and a description. Once our support team accepts the return, we will provide a replacement or a complete refund, including the return shipping cost.

2. Wrong Item Shipped

If your item looks different from what is shown in the image on our website, we will take the item back and provide a refund or replacement as per your choice.

Limitation of Returns

We don’t accept returns for products damaged due to improper use. Moreover, we don’t accept returns if the ordered product is not suitable for a specific application. Please read the product specifications and datasheet carefully before placing an order. Returns are accepted only within 3 days from the date of delivery.

Shipping

We ship all over India with free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹500. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, ₹80 will be charged for orders below ₹599 and ₹30 for orders above ₹599.

Defective Batch - 60% Failure Rate During Soldering

Extremely disappointed with this batch of MOSFETs. I ordered these for a project where I am also using the exact same part number sourced from Flyrobo. While the Flyrobo components work perfectly under the same conditions, every single MOSFET from Quartz Components is showing internal shorts.
Out of the 5 MOSFETs I ordered, only 2 are actually working. The others shorted out internally during standard soldering. It appears these are low-quality clones or "factory rejects." The thermal resistance is clearly not up to spec, as the internal junctions (Gate-Drain-Source) fail and short as soon as heat is applied to the pins.
If you are working on a high-precision or high-power project like an inverter or a spot welder, avoid these. They are not genuine high-grade silicon and cannot handle the heat of a standard soldering iron, let alone a high-current load. Stick to Flyrobo if you want parts that actually match the datasheet.
