AP2112K-3.3 Diodes LDO Linear Voltage Regulator IC is a fixed 3.3 V low-dropout linear voltage regulator designed to provide a stable regulated output for electronic circuits. It can deliver up to 600 mA of continuous output current and includes an enable function, thermal shutdown, short-circuit protection, low quiescent current, and automatic output discharge when disabled. Its compact SOT-23-5 package makes it suitable for compact embedded systems, microcontroller boards, portable electronics, and other 3.3 V power-supply applications.
