1. Damaged During Shipment

If you receive a product damaged during shipment, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the product, supported by proper pictures and a description. Once our support team accepts the return, we will provide a replacement or a complete refund, including the return shipping cost.

Very Bad Quality

My old battery was a 702025 size 220mah battery from a toy drone which is around 7 grams and runs for about 3.3 min after full charge.
The wire got cut so was using the same battery after re-soldering which was still good and giving a run time of 3.3 min.
As a spare ordered 5nos 702025 350mah battery which is also around 7 grams but non of the 5 batteries run for more than 1 min after full charge.
after contacting customer service they say i should buy a bigger battery. so definitely either the batteries are for bad quality or these are not high discharge batteries as given in the details.

SO PLEASE DONT BUY ANY OF THESE BATTERY ESPECIALY FOR DRONES.
