Returns Policy

Due to the type of products we sell, we accept limited returns. Below are the conditions where we can accept a return request.

1. Damaged During Shipment

If you receive a product damaged during shipment, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the product, supported by proper pictures and a description. Once our support team accepts the return, we will provide a replacement or a complete refund, including the return shipping cost.

2. Wrong Item Shipped

If your item looks different from what is shown in the image on our website, we will take the item back and provide a refund or replacement as per your choice.

Limitation of Returns

We don’t accept returns for products damaged due to improper use. Moreover, we don’t accept returns if the ordered product is not suitable for a specific application. Please read the product specifications and datasheet carefully before placing an order. Returns are accepted only within 3 days from the date of delivery.

Shipping

We ship all over India with free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹500. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, ₹80 will be charged for orders below ₹599 and ₹30 for orders above ₹599.

Wrong item is received to me the connector is wrong the description on the web page is false information . Disappointed

Good Quality Antennas but wrong Specificaiton (These are SMA-Male and Not RP-SMA-Male)

Bought 10 of these antennas thinking that they will fit right in as my router has (RP-SMA-Female) connectors. I was surprised when i received these antennas as they did not fit because they were SMA-Male type. I am in touch with Customer Support, but I am not sure if they understand what the problem is, they simply need to correct the merchandise description to reflect that these are SMA-Male antennas and remove RP-SMA-Male from the description. It has been over a month but their customer support does not seem to understand that they have wrong product description that will lead to very unsatisfied customers. Instead of returning these antennas I bought "SMA-Female to RP-SMA-Male" adapters from another site to make these work. I hope Quartz Components staff takes corrective action as soon as possible before more customers buy these antennas thinking that these are RP-SMA-Male.
