1. Damaged During Shipment

If you receive a product damaged during shipment, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the product, supported by proper pictures and a description. Once our support team accepts the return, we will provide a replacement or a complete refund, including the return shipping cost.

We ship all over India with free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹500. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, ₹80 will be charged for orders below ₹599 and ₹30 for orders above ₹599.

I received the product and it is working nice. This product has a problem while charging for earbuds. Since, earbuds or headphones consume less mah for charging, it will auto shutdown. To charge earbuds or headphones, you need to connect another usb and charge your phone and earbuds or headphones same time. It will stay on with this method. Short cables are recommended. Coming to output, My phone (Redmi 9 India) can reach upto 1500 - 1800 mah. My friend's phone (iQOO) gets 2000mah.
