Plastic Battery Box For Lithium Battery Pack (150x98x94)mm - 12Ah/18Ah/20Ah

I received a broken and defective battery box. I have an unboxing video and also pictures of the broken and defective parts. When I contacted their support and asked for a replacement or a refund, they refused to do anything. I am going to file a case with the Consumer Forum soon and will also report the issue to the CM's Office in Uttar Pradesh. I would advise everyone to check online reviews of this website before buying anything, as you will find that many people have reported that they are running a scam.
