Due to the type of products we sell, we accept limited returns. Below are the conditions where we can accept a return request.

1. Damaged During Shipment

If you receive a product damaged during shipment, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the product, supported by proper pictures and a description. Once our support team accepts the return, we will provide a replacement or a complete refund, including the return shipping cost.

2. Wrong Item Shipped

If your item looks different from what is shown in the image on our website, we will take the item back and provide a refund or replacement as per your choice.

Limitation of Returns

We don’t accept returns for products damaged due to improper use. Moreover, we don’t accept returns if the ordered product is not suitable for a specific application. We ship all over India with free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹500. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, ₹80 will be charged for orders below ₹599 and ₹30 for orders above ₹599.

Batteries not working

Ordered two batteries for a toy car, but both batteries are not working in the car. On raising the concern to quartz components, received below response.
"The motors in your car have a current rating greater than 1 amp.
The battery you purchased is not capable of supplying sufficient current to support the car’s motors."
But in product catalogue they have nowhere mentioned anything like current rating. So not sure if there is anything like that exists as all I can see is 3.7v which is same as my toy cars current battery. Totally disappointed by the purchase and support provided by the quartz components.

I bought this to upgrade the battery capacity of a RC car and this is best one and I don't see any other site to get this type product at this price
